James studied abroad during the fall semester of his senior years. Let's listen in on his observations.
James: Actually, yeah, that's one of the few places that I've actually thought about if I met someone to settle down with that I could actually live. I think, mainly because of the English and just the culture. They are not same but similar enough where I think, I could raise children there.

James: I did. Like once again, spending the money that was supposed to go to room and board I went to the Great Barrier Reef.
James: I did the Outback at Ayers Rock and watched the sunset from there. That was my first time camping outdoors. It was one of the most dangerous places to do it, like without a tent just lying out there.
Where else did I go? I saw the end of the Olympics which was amazing. I made it down to Sydney for the last three days of the 2000 Olympics.
Australia is a huge destination for American students who want to study abroad but who don't want to learn a new language.
