Explore Your World Through Study Abroad, Teach Abroad, Work Abroad, and Intern Abroad

Hi, I’m Angela Arnold from Study Abroad Success.com.  Welcome to our family website.

I was fortunate to be able to study abroad as a graduate student and a full time teacher. I studied at the Sorbonne in Paris with French teachers from throughout the United States, and I had the time of my life.

I spent an amazing summer in Paris, but I traveled to many French provinces. I toured the Loire valley, visiting various chateaux. I delighted in visiting Normandy, Brittany, Champagne, Orleans, and many other regions.

I have two children who have also studied abroad. One has also taught abroad.

My daughter, Alana, is an author, medical school student, and student of the world. She lived in France for a year as a high school junior, and she’s been bitten by the travel bug ever since. She’s studied in, worked in, or visited the following countries: France, Morocco, Monaco, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Italy.  She did it all on a college student’s budget.

You see, once you have developed friendships throughout the world, you have people who will open their homes to you all over the world.  Most of the time the only thing you need to do is save enough money to cover your airfare.

My son, Adrian, is also an author, full time student, and world traveler. He spent his senior year of high school in China, and he enjoyed it so much that he returned to China after he graduated from college to teach English for a year.

Since both of my children are currently knee deep in their academic studies, I decided to help them build this website. I have interviewed many of the students and young adults who you will shortly meet on our blog.

We’ve gathered lots of information concerning study abroad experiences and work abroad opportunities.  Many of my children’s friends who studied abroad were interviewed concerning their study abroad experiences, and I want to thank them very much for contributing their time and their insights to the study abroad process.

We’ve posted portions of their interviews on the website for you to enjoy. They’ve traveled to so many countries, like:  China, South Africa, Ghana, Germany, Turkey, Italy, France, the Dominican Republic, Japan, Panama, Thailand, Venezuela, Qatar, Sweden, and more.

We hope you enjoy what we have put together for you, and that our stories will lead you to create you own study abroad, work abroad, or intern abroad story.  In today’s global economy it’s more essential than ever that you take advantage of every international or multicultural travel, study, or work experience made available to you.
